The Humidor Supreme 9000 stands tall instead: 22 ⅜ inches wide and 75 ⅝ inches high, with a compressor and digital controller that hold temperature and humidity on their own. It fits beside a desk, in a closet alcove or along a wall where a wide cabinet never would.

Set it and leave it
A traditional humidor drifts with the room: too dry in winter, too warm in summer. The 9000 cools and humidifies to the levels you set, and an air circulator fan keeps conditions even from the top shelf to the bottom drawer. Upkeep is refilling the reservoir with distilled water and a cleaning about every two months.
Boxes and singles in one cabinet
The four roll-out shelves are flat for boxes, so you can slide one out and read the labels without lifting anything down. The two drawers with dividers keep singles and samplers organized. If you need more box space, an extra two-shelf kit (HS-9000-SH) is available; ask us when you order.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
A good fit if you keep 2,000 or more cigars, live somewhere warm or humid, or have a narrow space for a tall cabinet.
Consider another model if you keep under about 1,500 cigars (the waist-high Humidor Supreme 9100) or want two separate climates (the Humidor Supreme 9200).

Delivery and setup

Freight delivery. It ships on a pallet by freight with liftgate delivery to your curb or driveway. The carrier normally calls ahead to schedule a delivery window. Plan for two people to move it into place.

Measure first. The cabinet is 22 ⅜" wide and 27" deep. Check doorways, hallways and stairs on the way to its spot.

Inspect before signing. Check the crate with the driver and note any damage on the delivery receipt. That note is what lets us handle a freight claim for you.

Before loading cigars. Let the cabinet stand upright for a day before switching it on, fill the reservoir with distilled water as the manufacturer recommends, and let it run empty for 24–48 hours until the readings settle.

Owner's manual and key settings
From the Humidor Supreme 9000 Series manual, which covers the 9100, 9000 and 9200:
- Season it empty for 24 hours in its final spot before adding cigars.
- Humidity set range 50–80% (the manufacturer recommends 70%); temperature set range 40–72°F.
- Works best in a room between 60 and 90°F, most stable around 77°F.
- Fill the tank with 1–2 cups of distilled water; in a humid room it may need less.
- Replace the carbon filter once a year and clean the radiator on the back twice a year.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to plumb it in?
No. Humidity comes from a built-in reservoir you refill with distilled water. It only needs a standard power outlet.
How much maintenance does it need?
Refill the reservoir as needed and give the interior a light cleaning about every two months, per the manufacturer.
Why does capacity vary so much?
Capacity depends on cigar size and whether you store boxes or singles. Robustos stored loose fill it toward the top of the range; large ring gauges in boxes sit toward the bottom.
Is it loud?
It uses a low-noise, low-vibration compressor designed for living spaces. Like any cooled cabinet, you will hear it cycle on and off in a quiet room.
