Airpura Titanium Dioxide Photocatalytic Oxidizer
The Airpura Replacement TitanClean Reflector revolutionizes air cleaning by safely neutralizing dangerous airborne chemicals using Photocatalytic Oxidation or PCO technology. This highly advanced and powerful air purification process is used to greatly improve the abatement of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), toxic fumes, noxious gases, and unwanted odors.
Coated with a large amount of Titanium Dioxide, the TitanClean reflector effectively destroys the molecular bonds of chemicals – leaving only harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor in the process. TitanClean's TiO2 surface creates an oxidizing process when exposed to ultraviolet light, breaking down airborne chemicals to smaller and safer compounds instantly.
The TitanClean Photocatalytic Oxidizer is compatible with the Airpura P600 and P600+ air purifiers or to the UV600 as a retrofit. Air filtration systems that utilize this one-of-a-kind reflector must have a UV lamp installed to activate it. It is recommended to change the Airpura TiO2 reflector every 18 months or as needed depending on the usage and load of contaminants in the environment.
