Airpura 18 lbs. Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Filter
The Airpura Replacement Regular 2” Carbon Filter is made of 100% coconut shell and is stimulated with oxygen to open up tiny pores between the carbon atoms which greatly increases the surface area of the carbon. The carbon bed is two inches deep and has 570 square inches of filtration area that effectively captures toxic gases, odors, and airborne chemicals like a sponge. This Carbon Filter contains 18lbs. of activated carbon that can absorb up to 60% of its own weight in air pollution.
