Raching's MON series puts the evaporator in water and cools through it, which Raching says avoids frost and the sharp dry-out after each cooling cycle. Humidity is held to ±1% in the 60-75% range.

Spanish cedar inside

Shelves, trays and the interior liner are Spanish cedar, the wood most cigar makers use for boxes: it handles moisture well and adds a light cedar note over time.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

A good fit if you keep 2,000-4,000 cigars, run a home lounge, or want a single statement cabinet instead of two smaller ones.
